A. No, it is a continuous campaign in which the client subscribes for 1 year of email deployments to a unique collection of email addresses each month.

Q. How often does the email go out?
A. Once per month at the quantity level committed to (i.e. 1000/month, 3000/month, 5000/month).
Q. With the email groups that you have, are there specific people targeted based on demographics or are they just sent to everyone in general?
A. This is a geo-targeted program based on zip code. There is also the ability to select Male or Female. We do not provide further targeting with this particular program.
Q. Are we the only listing that goes out within that email blast or are there other offers listed in the email as well?
A. The email is solely and specifically for your company. No other advertisers are listed in your email.
Q. How is the list of email addresses acquired? How does a person get on your list of e-mails?
A. The email addresses are compiled using a dynamic opt-in database of 125 million unique consumers, representing 1/3 of all U.S. households. Each consumer has opted into receiving offers, specials and promotions from businesses in their communities.

Q. How many emails can be sent per blast?
A. The minimum is 1000/month and the maximum is 5000/month for this program. However, larger quantities can be deployed utilizing other CMG email products.
Q. Does the email go out to the same list each month?
A. No. The initial recipients will not be repeated until all records in the zip code have been utilized. For example: If there are 7000 emails in Yorktown and the customer deploys 1000/month, it will take 7 months to exhaust all 7000 records before they are repeated.
Q. How are the emails tracked?
A. You will be provided with a complete statistical analysis after each deployment. The data points included are the number of emails that were delivered, opened and those that resulted in a click. Also there is a review point 4 months into your campaign to assess goals and results and make any necessary adjustments to the campaign.
Q. Do I have to pay for the entire campaign up front?
A. No. The first month’s deployment is collected at time of Account set up. Each monthly deployment thereafter will be charged to the credit card on file 24 hours prior to blast.
Q. Will I see a proof prior to deployment?
A. Yes. The customer will be given the opportunity to review proof for accuracy & content prior to deployment. We must have written proof approval from the customer in order for deployment.
Q. Can I change my offer/design?
A. The program is set up for one initial creative. The only element that gets updated automatically every month is the expiration date of the coupon. If an offer/design change is requested, there is a $50 additional charge per blast. CMG will review all creative to incorporate the highest standards of compliance and best practices. No email campaign will be deployed if content includes spam words or non compliant elements.
